1993年11月24日至27日,上海市政府国防科技工业办公室在上海举办了为期4天的国军标《质量管理与质量保证系列标准》学习研讨会.上海市有军工任务的局、公司、厂、所负责人、质量部门负责人等有关人员100多名参加了学习研讨会.上海市经委副主任王国雄、国防科工委“新时代质量认证中心”周星如主任、李为柱副主任在学习研讨会上作了中心发言.会议由市政府国防科技工业办公室林永丛副处长主持.
From November 24 to November 27, 1993, the Shanghai Municipal Defense Science and Technology Industry Office held a four-day study seminar on the “National Standard for Quality Management and Quality Assurance” held in Shanghai for four days. More than 100 related personnel including the factory, the person in charge, and the person in charge of the quality department attended the seminar. Wang Guoxiong, deputy director of the Shanghai Economic Commission, and Zhou Xingru, deputy director of the New Age Quality Certification Center, Zhou Xingru and Li Weizhu, were studying the seminar. At the meeting, the center gave a speech. The meeting was chaired by Deputy Director Lin Yongcong of the Defense Science and Technology Industry Office of the Municipal Government.
