以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯为硬段,聚四氢呋喃醚二醇及蓖麻油(C.O)作为软段,用丙酮法制得一系列水性蓖麻油基聚氨酯乳液(CWPU-1、CWPU-2、CWPU-3、CWPU-4、CWPU-5、CWPU-6,数字表示蓖麻油添加量占总体质量的百分比)。并采用红外光谱、热失重(TG)、X射线(XRD)及原子力显微镜(AFM)分析研究了聚合体系的结构及性能。结果表明:当C.O用量为3%时,胶膜水接触角由未改性的65.5°增加至98.4°,吸水率由未改性的9.0%降低到3.2%,耐水性得到明显改善,胶膜拉伸强度达到12.48MPa;XRD、AFM及TG测试表明:胶膜的结晶度增加,结晶形式发生了微小程度的转变,聚合物存在不均匀的多相结构。TG测试表明,改性后胶膜耐热性得到明显提高。
A series of aqueous castor oil-based polyurethane emulsions (CWPU-1, CWPU-2 and CWPU-3) were prepared by the acetone method using isophorone diisocyanate as hard segment, polytetrahydrofuran ether glycol and castor oil (CO) , CWPU-4, CWPU-5, CWPU-6, the figures indicate the percentage of castor oil added to the total mass). The structure and properties of the polymerization system were investigated by FTIR, TG, XRD and AFM. The results showed that when the amount of CO was 3%, the contact angle of water film increased from 65.5 ° unmodified to 98.4 °, the water absorption decreased from 9.0% unmodified to 3.2%, water resistance was significantly improved, Tensile strength reaches 12.48MPa. The XRD, AFM and TG tests show that the crystallinity of the film is increased, the crystal form changes slightly, and the polymer has heterogeneous multiphase structure. TG test shows that the heat resistance of the modified film has been significantly improved.
