目的:探讨小泛素相关修饰物(small ubiquitin-related modifier,SUMO)特异性蛋白酶1(SUMO specific protease 1,SENP1)和ERα在Ⅰ型子宫内膜癌中的表达,并分析两者之间的相互关系。方法:收集Ⅰ型子宫内膜癌组织及其配对癌旁组织各50例,采用免疫组织化学法检测SENP1蛋白及雌激素受体(ERα)的表达,分析其表达与患者临床病理参数的关系。结果:Ⅰ型子宫内膜癌中SENP1蛋白在癌旁组织中的表达明显高于肿瘤组织。SENP1蛋白在高分化肿瘤中的表达明显高于低分化肿瘤组织。SENP1阳性表达与ERα表达呈正相关,而与患者的年龄、肿瘤浸润的深度、肿瘤分期及淋巴结转移无关。结论:SENP1在Ⅰ型子宫内膜癌的发生、发展中发挥重要作用,有望成为治疗子宫内膜癌的新靶点。
Objective: To investigate the expression of small ubiquitin-related modifier (SUMO) -specific protease 1 (SENP1) and ERα in type Ⅰ endometrial carcinoma and to analyze the relationship between them Interrelationship. Methods: Fifty cases of type Ⅰ endometrial carcinoma and paired paracancerous tissues were collected. The expression of SENP1 protein and estrogen receptor (ERα) were detected by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between the expression of sENP1 and clinicopathological parameters was analyzed. Results: The expression of SENP1 protein in type Ⅰ endometrial carcinoma was significantly higher than that in tumor tissue. SENP1 protein expression in highly differentiated tumors was significantly higher than in poorly differentiated tumor tissues. The positive expression of SENP1 was positively correlated with the expression of ERα, but not with the age of patients, the depth of tumor infiltration, tumor stage and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion: SENP1 plays an important role in the occurrence and development of type Ⅰ endometrial cancer and is expected to be a new target for the treatment of endometrial cancer.
