随着社会的发展,人们文化素质的提高,公共文化服务体系的重要性逐渐凸显。图书馆作为专门的文化服务机构,自然属于公共文化服务体系的一部分,所以图书馆建设对于公共服务体系的发展有着重要作用。其主要作用则是承载着社会公共服务功能,具有较强的公益性。图书馆的建设,特别是中小型图书馆能广泛传播知识、传递信息资源、推动基层文化服务,从而提高人们的文化素养、丰富人们的精神生活。本文主要通过诠释公共服务体系的内涵,分析中小型图书馆在公共服务领域中的作用。
With the development of society and the enhancement of people’s cultural quality, the importance of public cultural service system has gradually become prominent. As a specialized cultural service institution, libraries are naturally part of the public cultural service system. Therefore, library construction plays an important role in the development of the public service system. Its main function is to carry the social public service function, with strong public welfare. The construction of libraries, especially small and medium-sized libraries, can widely spread knowledge, transmit information resources and promote grass-roots cultural services, so as to enhance people’s cultural accomplishments and enrich people’s spiritual life. This article mainly interprets the connotation of the public service system and analyzes the role of small and medium-sized libraries in the field of public service.
