改革开放以来,我国农村基层民主自治建设在很多方面取得了长足进步,但在制度变迁和发展的过程中也暴露了许多问题。中国农村基层民主建设的程度与农民参政水平,直接影响并决定着中国民主政治以及政治现代化的进程。研究当前中国农村基层民主自治建设,对促进农村政治制度的完善和发展具有非常重要的意义。
Since the reform and opening up, the self-governance of grassroots democracy in rural areas in our country has made great strides in many aspects. However, many problems have also been revealed in the process of institutional changes and development. The level of grassroots-level democracy in rural China and the level of peasants’ political participation directly influence and determine the process of China’s democratic politics and political modernization. Studying the current construction of grassroots democratic autonomy in rural China is of great significance to the improvement and development of the rural political system.
