我们在同位素示踪法探讨卢痛宁、川芎嗪对心肌营养性血流量影响的基础上,又探讨了不同剂量的川芎、毕拔对小鼠冠脉血流量的作用,实验结果如下。一、实验材料和方法 1.86RbCl(氯化86铷):为无色透明液体,纯度:>99.9%。由北京原子能研究所供应。半衰期为19.5天,r射线能量为1.077(8.8%)Mev。用时以生理盐水稀释成0.06-0.15微居里/0.1毫升。 2.动物:体重21-24克雄雌性小鼠,由学院动物室供给。实验时按药物组和不同体重组随机分配。 3.制剂和药物:①川芎、毕拨制剂:由本室用水醇法提取,含量均为2克/毫
