许多资料证实,DTPA提取土壤中的Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn与作物中测定的这些元素具有极好的相关性。但以往的试验大多在中性及石灰性的旱地土壤上进行。DTPA是否适用于提取水稻土中的Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn,目前尚无资料说明。为此,我们试验应用DTPA作为水稻土的统一提取液,在本省13个pH不同的水稻土上布点试验,试验结果证实DTPA提取水稻土中上述元素的含量与水稻植株吸收的这些元素的含量具有良好的相关性。
Numerous data confirm that Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn in DTPA-extracted soils have excellent correlation with these elements measured in crops. However, most of the previous experiments were conducted on neutral and calcareous upland soils. Whether DTPA is suitable for extracting Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn from paddy soil is not available at present. To this end, we experimented with DTPA as a uniform extract of paddy soils, distributed in 13 paddy soils of different pH in our province. The results showed that the content of these elements in paddy soils derived from DTPA and the contents of these elements absorbed by rice plants had Good correlation.
