综述功率型白光LED的研究现状和存在的问题,并着重从LED芯片、封装技术和半导体照明灯具三个方面对白光LED的研究方向进行详细的评述。为实现节能、高效、环保的半导体照明,在芯片方面重点开发功率型高效蓝光和紫外LED芯片的半导体照明光源,提高其发光效率;在封装方面研究照明用功率型LED的封装技术,并提高其光提取效率和空间色度均匀性和改善散热技术;在LED灯具方面开发功率型白光LED的半导体照明系统,设计LED专用驱动模块,研究半导体照明灯具的散热技术及其可靠性和色度均匀性问题,解决太阳能电池系统与LED照明系统的集成技术,以及降低半导体照明灯具的成本价格等是我们今后研究的重点。
The research status and existing problems of power white LED are reviewed, and the research direction of white LED is reviewed in detail from three aspects: LED chip, packaging technology and semiconductor lighting.
