一、概况西藏江达县水电站建在字曲河中游,在江达县城关镇以东10公里,是一个引水式径流电站,引水渠长1500米,渠道比降1/600,正常引用流量6.5米~3/秒,装机容量500×2千瓦。该电站于1984年9月18日正式投入运行,在1984年11月28日至1985年2月17日期间,电站因引水渠冰冻而停止发电,由于冰的冻融破坏,造成了严重的塌方事故。此后,该电站每年冬天都因受冰冻影响而不能发电,导致年利用小时低,经济效益和社会效益也低。经过两年多来的调查,就此问题进行一些探讨。
I. Overview Tibet’s Jiangda Hydropower Station is built in the middle of the Xiqu River and is 10km east of Chengguan Town in Jiangda County. It is a diversion runoff with a water diversion canal length of 1,500m, a channel drop of 1/600 and a normal reference flow rate of 6.5 M ~ 3 / sec, installed capacity of 500 × 2 kilowatts. The power station was officially put into operation on September 18, 1984. During the period from November 28, 1984 to February 17, 1985, the power station stopped generating electricity due to the freezing of the aqueducts. Due to the freeze-thaw damage of the ice, the station caused serious landslides ACCIDENT. Since then, the power plant will be unable to generate electricity due to the influence of freezing every winter, resulting in a low annual utilization hour with low economic and social benefits. After more than two years of investigation, some discussion on this issue.
