《电子测量技术》编委会议于1981年10月7日在北京召开。会议由编委会副主任委员任守勤同志主持,总编高泽代表编辑部在会上作了几年来办刊工作的总结。与会编委们进行了充分热烈的讨论,会议肯定了几年来的办刊成绩,指出了存在的问题。进一步明确了办刊的指导思想和读者对象,即要把刊物办成理论与应用、普及兼提高相结合的技术刊物。主要读者应是:从事电子测量技术的科研、生产与教学方面的具有中级以上专业科技水平的人员。会议要求本刊所刊文章应反映本专业各组的研究工作,生产经验;应用领域要尽可能宽些, Editorial Board of “Electronic Measurement Technology” was held in Beijing on October 7, 1981. The meeting was presided over by Comrade Ren Shouqin, vice chairman of the Editorial Board, and edited by the editor-in-chief, Gao Ze, at the conference made a summary of the work carried out in the past few years.
