Public security culture is the professional gene of People’s Police, is the soul of public security forces and the soft power of public security organs. The national public security organ regards the photography culture as an important part of the contingent building and has trained a batch of elite troops who have excelled in the military and created a large number of fine arts for photography. They also influence and nurture the spiritual world of the People’s Police. As many as 50,000 photographers and photographers fight in the national public security front.
