超声技术在发现颈动脉粥样硬化早期病变的领域已获得很大进步。目前对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块形成前期病变,超声技术主要从颈动脉结构和功能两个方面进行评估。文章就B型超声、超声背向散射积分及超声动脉健康评估可以更早发现颈动脉结构改变,M型超声、血管壁回声跟踪技术和速度向量成像技术可以从管壁弹性功能改变方面发现病变的研究进展作综述。
Ultrasound has made great strides in the field of detecting early lesions of the carotid atherosclerosis.
