采用小麦、玉米秸秆分别与牛、羊粪按不同比例进行高温堆肥,通过测定堆体温度、pH值、发芽指数等理化指标,研究不同物料配比对高温堆肥的影响。结果表明,添加玉米秸秆进行堆肥发酵的效果好于添加小麦秸秆,其高温持续时间较小麦秸秆处理长15~24d,腐熟时间短3d左右。添加羊粪处理腐熟效果优于牛粪处理。综合分析可知,以玉米秸秆和羊粪质量1∶1配比效果最佳,堆肥升温快,第3天即达50℃以上,高温持续时间为22d,反应结束时pH值为8.35,发酵第30天种子发芽指数即可达80%以上,达到了快速腐熟的目的。
Wheat and corn stalks were respectively composted with cattle and sheep manure in different proportions at high temperature. The physical and chemical indexes such as temperature, pH value and germination index were measured to study the effects of different materials on the composting. The results showed that the effect of adding corn stalks to compost fermentation was better than that of adding wheat straw. The duration of high temperature wheat straw was 15 to 24 days and the maturity time was short about 3 days. Adding sheep manure treatment is better than cow manure treatment. Comprehensive analysis shows that the best ratio of 1: 1 corn stover and sheep manure, compost warming fast, the third day that is above 50 ℃, the high temperature duration of 22d, the end of the reaction pH 8.35, fermentation 30 Seed germination index can reach more than 80%, reaching the purpose of rapid maturity.
