自从2006年全省轰轰烈烈地全面实施高中新课程改革以来,漳浦道周中学在课程内容、教育教学实践、评价体系及学校管理等方面取得一定的成就。发展才是硬道理,学校要发展,就需要不断开拓创新,“创新是一个民族之魂”,同样,也是一所学校之魂。只有大胆改革,敢于创新,学校各方面的管理才能更快更有效地取得长足发展,我校构建学校行政领导挂钩班级的管理模式,就是…种实践创新。
