长期以来,食用菌生产栽培都采用室内床式或室外露地栽培法。但因受场地所限,工序复杂,对发展食用菌生产受到一定影响。近年来我区菇农利用塑料袋在室内培养菌丝,然后将培养好的栽培菌搬到室外农田进行立体化栽培,采用这种栽培法,具有单产高、工艺简、经济效益好的特点。一般用百公斤干料加适量辅料配制栽培,可收鲜菇150~200公斤。根据泰和县澄江镇菌种试验站1993年秋季试种平菇2.5万袋,普遍增产。管理好的每袋达鲜菇3公斤左右。因而成为我区现今行之有效的利用冬“闲”农田发展食用菌生产的一项新型技术,主要适用于水田、棉田、麦地、油菜田、甘蔗田和冬闲农田栽培,关键应掌握好如下技术:
