因为当前经济的迅猛发展,我国境内第三方物流企业市场竞争的焦点从开始的市场份额的抢夺,渐渐的演化成了物流行业人才的竞争。本文主要讨论的是第三方物流企业人事管理存在的问题及解决方案,第一说明了人事管理相关的理论概念;第二通过对企业人事管理的现状与存在的问题进行分析;然后给出相关的合理化建议;最后是对全文的总结。通过对第三方物流企业人事管理的研究,希望能够帮助更多的企业实现对人事的合理管理。
Because of the current rapid economic development, the focus of the market competition for third-party logistics enterprises in China has gradually become the competition of talented people in the logistics industry.
