目的研究MMP-9和E-cad在胰腺癌组织中的表达,并探讨它们的相关性及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测15例正常胰腺组织、30例胰岛素细胞瘤和50例胰腺癌组织中MMP-9和E-cad的表达情况。结果 MMP-9和E-cad在胰腺癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为82%、24%;MMP-9为高表达,E-cad为低表达,MMP-9和E-cad蛋白的表达与有无淋巴结转移和分化程度相关(P<0.05);两种蛋白在胰腺癌组织中的表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 MMP-9和E-cad在肿瘤侵袭转移中发挥了重要作用,检测MMP-9和E-cad的表达可作为预测胰腺癌的转移趋势指标,并能有效的评估胰腺癌患者的预后。
Objective To study the expression of MMP-9 and E-cad in pancreatic cancer and to explore their correlation and clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of MMP-9 and E-cad in 15 cases of normal pancreatic tissue, 30 cases of insulinoma and 50 cases of pancreatic cancer. Results The positive rates of MMP-9 and E-cad in pancreatic cancer tissues were 82% and 24%, respectively. The expression of MMP-9 and E-cad was down-regulated Lymph node metastasis and differentiation degree (P <0.05). There was a negative correlation between the expression of two proteins in pancreatic cancer tissues (P <0.05). Conclusions MMP-9 and E-cad plays an important role in the invasion and metastasis of tumor. Detecting the expression of MMP-9 and E-cad can be used as an index to predict the metastasis of pancreatic cancer and can effectively evaluate the prognosis of patients with pancreatic cancer.
