喉罩(laryngeal mask airway,LMA)是一种安全有效的通气工具,已被广泛地应用于麻醉中进行气道管理,它比气管插管操作简单、损伤小、成功率高,比面罩通气更稳定、更有效,其对上呼吸道畸形的新生儿复苏有独特的作用,但也存在胃液反流、误吸等局限性。本文主要就喉罩在新生儿窒息复苏中应用与气管插管和面罩相比的优势、喉罩的绝对适应症及其局限性等方面进行阐述。
Laryngeal mask airway (LMA) is a safe and effective ventilation tool, which has been widely used in anesthesia for airway management.
