目的应用病征处理法诊断和治疗性传播疾病(STD)患者。方法以WHO处理尿道分泌物(有条件做镜检时)的流程图(男)为依据,结合当地实际修订处理男性尿道分泌物流程图,处理280例男性尿道分泌物门诊患者。结果痊愈256例(91.4%),显效14例(5.0%),有效3例(1.1%),无效7例(2.5%),总有效率为97.5%。结论病征处理法科学有效,符合我国基层医疗实际情况治疗STD的方法,对于控制STD的流行及防治艾滋病有很大的实际应用价值。但其敏感性和特异性有待进一步评价,病征处理流程图的设计也需要进行深入的研究和改进,以便提高治愈率。
Objective To diagnose and treat patients with sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) by using symptom management. Methods Based on the flow chart (male) of WHO in treating urethral discharge (when microscopic examination is conditional), 280 male urethral discharge clinic patients were treated according to the local actual revised flow chart of male urethral discharge. The results were cured in 256 cases (91.4%), markedly effective in 14 cases (5.0%), effective in 3 cases (1.1%), ineffective in 7 cases (2.5%), the total effective rate was 97.5%. Conclusion The method of symptom management is scientific and effective, which is in line with the actual situation of grassroots medical treatment of STD in our country. It has great practical value for controlling the prevalence of STD and preventing and treating AIDS. However, its sensitivity and specificity needs further evaluation. The design of symptom processing flow chart also needs further research and improvement in order to improve the cure rate.
