2014年初,天津市国家税务局自行研发了“网络版税收数据采集系统”(简称“网上直报系统”),在全市国税系统上线运行。该系统改变了以往税收数据上报模式,实现了对纳税人除纳税申报之外的涉税数据及信息资料的实效采集。相比重点税源调查与分析系统(TRAS),优势特点明显,功能更加多样,运行平稳,反响良好。 In early 2014, Tianjin State Revenue Agency developed its own “online tax data collection system” (referred to as “online direct reporting system” for short), and runs the tax system in the city. The system has changed the previous tax data reporting mode, to achieve the taxpayers in addition to tax returns outside the tax-related data and information collection results. Compared with the Key Tax Source Investigation and Analysis System (TRAS), the advantages and characteristics are obvious, the functions are more diverse, the operation is smooth and the response is good.
