This article studies a new combination of patented enzyme control adhesive and advanced adhesive removal. This technology makes a breakthrough in adhesive control: patented enzyme technology reduces the particle size and amount of the adhesive particles, while the detackifier stabilizes all the residual adhesive, reducing the agglutination of the adhesive in subsequent stages. The factory application demonstrated that this combination of enzyme preparation and detackifier has a synergistic effect, the ability to remove stickies is stronger than that of enzyme preparations, and the ability to stabilize the stickies is better than the detackifier. The results show that this new technology has become the new level of adhesive control.
