公安院校的档案管理具有一定的特殊性,如何实现从手工操作到运用现代化的手段进行管理,几年来,各级档案部门都进行了一些探索和研究,并取得了一定的成效。就公安院校档案管理来说,应树立档案现代化管理理念,创建现代化的人才管理网络,完善档案现代化管理系统,加强档案信息立体化管理,积极进取,不断创新,开拓档案现代化管理的新路子。
The archives management in public security colleges and universities has some particularities. How to realize the management from the manual operation to the use of modern means has been explored and studied by the archival departments at all levels over the years, and some achievements have been achieved. For archives management in public security institutions, a modern management concept of archives should be established, a modern talent management network should be established, a modernized management system for archives should be established, a three-dimensional management of archives information should be strengthened, a new approach should be taken to innovate and a modernized management of archives should be opened up.
