以采自黑龙江省的2株野生紫色食用菌B5和BF8菌株为试材,采用形态学和分子标记方法,研究了不同香蘑的遗传多样性,以期为香蘑在分子水平鉴定和品种亲缘关系的分析提供依据。结果表明:B5和BF8子实体、菌丝的形态特征存在明显差异;2株菌株的28SrDNA高保守区序列和ITS序列的同源性分别为97.93%和89.84%。B5菌株鉴定为花脸香蘑(Lepista sordida);BF8鉴定为紫丁香蘑(Lepista nuda),它们为同属不同种的2种食用菌。
Two strains of wild purple edible fungi B5 and BF8 collected from Heilongjiang Province were used as materials to study the genetic diversity of different fragrant mushrooms by morphological and molecular markers, Provide the basis for analysis. The results showed that the morphological characteristics of the mycelium of B5 and BF8 were significantly different. The homologies of 28S rDNA sequences and ITS sequences of the two isolates were 97.93% and 89.84%, respectively. The strain B5 was identified as Lepista sordida. BF8 was identified as Lepista nuda, which are two edible fungi belonging to different genus.
