财会人员能力框架由知识、技能和能力构成。现有培训多侧重练就特色鲜明的硬技能,但基于非技术特质的软技能培训还处于待开发状态。推行技能软硬兼修的理念,有利于丰富财会人员的成功特质,更有助于打造知识全、技能好、能力强的世界一流财会队伍。财会软技能是让财务硬技能更充分、更充沛、更充裕地发挥极致作用,创造更大、更优、更佳财务绩效的技能的统称。财会软技能培训旨在提升财会人员的潜能,打造放飞财会职业梦的隐形翅膀。
Accounting staff competency framework consists of knowledge, skills and ability. The existing training focuses on hard skills with distinctive features, but soft skills training based on non-technical qualities is still under development. Implementation of the concept of both hardware and software implementation, is conducive to enriching the success characteristics of financial and accounting personnel, but also help to create a knowledge-based, skill and ability of a world-class accounting team. Accounting soft skills are collectively referred to as skills that give financial hard skills a fuller, fuller, fuller, maximum effect and create greater, better, better financial performance.
