用天然酒石酸与不同芳香二胺成盐后,经高温缩聚反应,合成了五种新的旋光性聚酰胺,讨论了聚合条件对聚合物的[α]_D~(20)值的影响以及聚合物的旋光稳定性、热稳定性。~1H-NMR及园二色(CD)谱显示聚合物的分子链存在某种有序构象。手性拆分实验初步显示所合成的聚酰胺对苯丙氨酸有手性识别能力。
Five new optically active polyamides were synthesized by high temperature polycondensation reaction with natural tartaric acid and different aromatic diamines. The effects of polymerization conditions on the [α] _ D ~ (20) value of the polymers and the effects of the polymer Optical rotation stability, thermal stability. ~ 1H-NMR and CD spectra showed that there was some ordered conformation in the polymer chains. Chiral resolution experiments initially showed that the synthesized polyamide has the ability of chiral recognition of phenylalanine.
