随着我国社会主义经济发展以及社会改革的深入,地方政府性债务问题对于国民经济的发展越来越重要,成为我国经济发展过程中急需解决的问题,需要社会各界的广泛关注。本文针对这一背景,介绍了现阶段我国地方政府性债务管理的相关内涵,分析了地方政府性债务管理存在的问题,根据这些问题提出了解决对策。
With the development of socialist economy in our country and the deepening of social reforms, the issue of local government debt is becoming more and more important for the development of the national economy and has become an urgent issue to be solved in the process of economic development in our country. It needs the extensive attention of all sectors of society. In view of this background, this paper introduces the related connotation of the local government debt management in our country at this stage, analyzes the existing problems of the local government debt management, and puts forward the countermeasures based on these problems.
