近日,IBM公司向新闻界透露,它的“蓝色快车”计划实施半年来已取得良好效果。“蓝色快车”是“蓝色巨人”IBM与我国铁道部合资创办的一项专业化服务工程。它利用我国铁路网络遍布各地以及便捷通畅的特点,创建了计算机用户服务网,承担IBM公司的PC(微电脑)、POS(销售点实时管理系统)和ATM(自动柜员机)等产品的全国联保。这种全新的、独特的连锁服务方式,为IBM公司在中国销售的量大面广的电脑产品,提供了维护、备件支援、系统支持等各项专业化服务。
