[目的]探讨健肝消脂合剂对高脂血症脂肪肝大鼠血脂、肝功能的影响及其防治脂肪肝的作用机制。[方法]采用高脂饮食建立高脂血症脂肪肝大鼠模型,设健肝消脂合剂大、小剂量治疗组和大、小剂量预防组,以东宝肝泰组(简称东宝组)、模型组、空白(正常)组为对照组,观察健肝消脂合剂对高脂血症脂肪肝大鼠血脂及肝功能的影响。[结果]模型组大鼠肝功能及血脂各项主要指标与正常组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组、预防组与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与东宝组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]健肝消脂合剂能较显著地减少血脂在肝脏的沉积和改善肝功能,以防治脂肪肝。 [Objective] To investigate the effect of Jiangan Xiaozhi mixture on blood lipid and liver function in fatty liver rats with hyperlipidemia and the mechanism of action on fatty liver. [Methods] A high-fat diet was used to establish a hyperlipidemic fatty liver rat model, and a large and small dose of Jiangan Xiaozhi Mixture and a large and small dose preventive group were used. The Dongbaogantai group was used (referred to as Dongbao group for short). The model group and blank (normal) group were the control group. The effects of Jianganxiaozhi mixture on blood lipid and liver function of fatty liver rats with hyperlipidemia were observed. [Results] Compared with the normal group, the liver function and the main indexes of the blood lipids in the model group rats were statistically significant (P<0.01), and there was a significant difference between the treatment group, the prevention group and the model group (P<0.01). ); Compared with Dongbao group, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). [Conclusion] Jian Gan Xiao Zhi Mixture can significantly reduce the deposition of blood lipids in the liver and improve liver function to prevent fatty liver.
