目的了解宝鸡地区宝鸡—秦岭间气体变化对电力机车司机听力的影响。方法受噪声和气压双重影响的宝鸡地区南线电力机车司机为观察组,120人;只受噪声影响的北线电力机车司机为对照组,300人。采用VO522测听仪,测量2组司机的听力,对听力损伤进行χ2检验。结果观察组与对照组高频听力损伤人数分别占48.3%和30.0%,二者比较,差异有统计学意义;语频听力损失差异无统计学意义。结论宝鸡地区宝鸡—秦岭间气压变化对电力机车司机高频听力可能存在一定影响。
Objective To understand the influence of gas changes between Baoji-Qinling mountain in Baoji region on the hearing of electric locomotive drivers. Method The drivers of southern electric locomotives in Baoji region under the influence of noise and air pressure were 120 observers and drivers of northern electric locomotives affected only by noise were control groups of 300 people. VO522 audiometer was used to measure the hearing of 2 groups of drivers, and χ2 test was performed on hearing impairment. Results The frequency of hearing loss in observation group and control group were 48.3% and 30.0% respectively, the difference was statistically significant. There was no significant difference in hearing loss between two groups. Conclusion The pressure variation between Baoji and Qinling in Baoji region may have a certain impact on the hearing of electric locomotive drivers at high frequencies.
