清江是长江出三峡后的第一条大支流。1997年7月11~19日,清江中游渔峡口以上流域发生了特大暴雨洪水,暴雨中心在清江中游稳定少动,渔峡口以上流域3、7d面雨量为有实测资料以来的最大值,3d面雨量尤为突出,致使渔峡口水文站发生了有实测水文资料以来的最大洪水。通过对“97.7”暴雨时空分布特征、暴雨量及其成因分析,并用多种方法推算了“97.7”洪水峰、量,测算结果:水布垭水文站洪峰为12200~12600m3/s,24h洪量约为8.0亿m3、72h洪量为18.8亿m3左右、7d洪量约为26.8亿m3,峰量重现期为55~60年。此外还就“97.7”洪水特性、地区组成进行了分析。
Qingjiang River is the first tributary of the Three Gorges after the Yangtze River. July 11-19, 1997, there was a super storm flood in the watershed above the mouth of the Xiajiang River in the middle reaches of the Qingjiang River. The rainstorm center was stable and less moving in the middle reaches of the Qingjiang River. The surface rainfall on the 3rd and 7th days above the Yuxiakou was the maximum since the measured data. 3d surface rainfall is particularly prominent, resulting in the occurrence of a hydrological observation station yihaikou hydrometeor data since the largest flood. Through the analysis of the temporal and spatial distribution of 97.7 heavy rain and its causes, and using a variety of methods to calculate the “97.7” flood peak and volume, the calculation results show that the peak of Shuibuya Hydrological Station is 12200 ~ 12600m3 / s , 24h flood volume of about 800000000 m3, 72h flood volume of about 1880000000 m3, 7d flood volume of about 2.68 billion m3, the peak amount of recurrence for 55 to 60 years. In addition, the “97.7” flood characteristics and regional composition were also analyzed.
