力限控制技术是加速度和力的双重控制,能有效解决力学振动试验中的过试验和欠试验问题。文章在垂直向力限研究的基础上,根据引进的三向力传感器设计了三向FMD(Force Measurement Device)。利用有限元法和振动试验对设计的三向FMD进行了分析和调试。使用设计的三向FMD成功实施了某型号卫星承力筒的垂直向、水平向力限控制试验研究,达到了预期的研究目的。
Force limit control technology is the dual control of acceleration and force, which can effectively solve the over-test and under-test problems in mechanical vibration test. Based on the study of vertical force limit, the paper designs a three-way FMD (Force Measurement Device) based on the introduced three-direction force sensor. The finite element method and vibration test were used to analyze and debug the three-way FMD. Using the designed three-way FMD, the vertical and horizontal force limit control experiments of a certain type of satellite bearing cylinder were successfully carried out, which achieved the expected research goal.
