井场直接测量钻井液内气体含量,传统气测录井的气体采集方式是通过搅拌式脱气器进行,而该文所介绍的Gas Wizard气体检测系统则是通过可渗气膜片实现烃类气体采集。文中简介了该系统基本组成、工作原理和对不同气体状态、气体特征以及不同钻井液类型的气体检测值的校正方法;对比分析了Gas Wizard系统的优点和传统气测录井气体采集的缺点。理论分析表明,该系统的研制成功突破了传统气测录井的气体采集方式,实现了不同钻井条件下对不同钻井液系统内气体的定量检测分析,其缺点是该系统只限于全烃分析,组分分析尚有待研制与开发。
The well site directly measures the gas content in the drilling fluid. The gas acquisition method in the conventional gas logging is performed by an agitated deaerator. The Gas Wizard gas detection system described in this article uses gas permeable membrane to realize the hydrocarbon Gas collection. This paper introduces the basic composition of the system, working principle and calibration methods of gas detection values for different gas states, gas characteristics and different drilling fluid types. The advantages of the Gas Wizard system and the shortcomings of traditional gas logging gas acquisition are analyzed. The theoretical analysis shows that the successful development of the system breaks through the gas acquisition method of the traditional gas logging and realizes the quantitative detection and analysis of the gas in different drilling fluid systems under different drilling conditions. The disadvantage is that the system is limited to the whole hydrocarbon analysis, Component analysis yet to be developed and developed.
