提出将遗传算法用于冷轧螺纹钢筋工艺参数的优化设计中,建立了冷轧螺纹钢筋产品抗拉强度与原材料的抗拉强度、冷轧速度、面缩率和延伸系数等工艺参数之间关系的数学模型,确定了适当的遗传参数,计算出了冷轧螺纹钢筋主要工艺参数的优化数据,按照优化后的参数进行试验,取得了良好的效果,可节约生产成本,提高产品性能。计算数值与试验数值基本一致,证明所提出的方法是行之有效的。
The genetic algorithm was proposed to optimize the process parameters of cold rolled rebar. The relationship between the tensile strength of cold rolled rebar products and the process parameters of tensile strength, cold rolling speed, reduction ratio and extension coefficient of raw materials The mathematical model was established, the appropriate genetic parameters were determined, the optimized data of the main technological parameters of the cold rolled rebar were calculated, and the optimized parameters were tested according to the optimized parameters. The good results were achieved, which can save the production cost and improve the product performance. The calculated values are in good agreement with the experimental values, which proves that the proposed method is effective.
