近年来,随着农村独生子女的增多,加之农村留守学生占的比例逐年上升,出现了学生学习自觉性下降,自我约束能力较差,家长督促不到位等负面问题。老师看,学生读;老师走,学生停。为了打破此僵局,我在实施教学工作中,尝试了如下几点做法。一、加强思想教育,树立学生读书信心通过平时的观察,发现学生不愿读书存在如下几个问题根源:(1)学习渺茫无方向、无目标、无理想,不知道现在学的知识,以后能有什么用。(2)受学习无用论影响,坚信不读书以后到社会
