新建甬台温铁路为旅客列车时速250 km的准高速双线I级铁路。位于该铁路线上的雁荡山特大桥的主桥跨越甬台温高速公路,采用2×90 m叠合拱全焊钢桥。钢桥主体结构由钢箱梁、主拱肋、辅拱肋及斜腿、拱肋横撑、吊杆(索)等组成。就钢桥的结构设计特点及桥位(现场)的施工条件,依据《铁路钢桥制造规范》(TB10212—98),较详细地介绍该桥钢箱梁与钢箱拱分段制作、现场总拼、钢箱梁顶推与钢箱拱安装的施工方案。
The new Yongtaiwen Railway is a quasi-high-speed two-lane Class I railway with a passenger train speed of 250 km per hour. The main bridge of the Yandangshan Grand Bridge located on the railway line crosses the Yongtaiwen Expressway and adopts a 2 × 90 m overlapped arch welded steel bridge.
