In the past three decades, small and medium-sized enterprises have made outstanding contributions to China’s economic achievements. Of the 2010 Blue Book, SMEs in China make up 90% of the total number of enterprises, contribute more than 60% to the GNP, and provide 70% of the trade volume, which has become the backbone supporting China’s economic development. However, small and medium-sized enterprises have problems such as small size, high risk and strong financing constraints. The study pointed out that the outbreak of the financial crisis in 2007 led to a substantial decline in China’s foreign trade. Except for the drop in external demand, the financial crisis worsened the flow of funds to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and raised financing difficulties, resulting in a lack of export capacity. Shows that the problem of corporate financing has been related to the survival of enterprises, hindering the development of China’s foreign trade. This article for small and medium enterprises
