漏斗型结晶器内腔曲面形状的优化设计是确保薄板坯连铸高拉速的核心和关键。本文对自主开发的双弧和椭圆漏斗型结晶器内腔曲面形状特性进行研究,利用有限元软件MARC模拟了铸坯经过结晶器的过程,确定不同结晶器内腔形状对坯壳变形分布的影响,用以对比结晶器曲面形状优劣,指导和改善结晶器曲面设计特性,使之更加科学合理。
Optimum design of funnel-shaped mold cavity surface shape is the core and key to ensure the high casting speed of thin slab continuous casting. In this paper, the self-developed cavity shape characteristics of double-arc and elliptic funnel-type molds were studied. The finite element software MARC was used to simulate the process of the slab passing through the mold to determine the influence of different mold cavity shapes on the deformation distribution of the shell , To compare the pros and cons of mold surface shape, guide and improve mold surface design features, making it more scientific and rational.
