在近几年的游泳运动员体能训练中,发展运动员的核心力量训练成为国内外体能专家和教练研究的热点。核心力量具有传递和衔接上下肢力量,形成符合专项力学规律的“运动链”的功能。非稳定状态下的力量训练是核心力量训练的主要方式,其主要目的是改善神经对肌肉的动员和控制能力,进而提高运动能力,预防运动损伤。发展核心力量的训练方法有很多种,例如现在被许多教练员运动用于训练实践中的瑞士球、实心球、平衡板等。
In recent years, the physical training of swimmers, the development of the core strength of athletes training has become the focus of domestic and foreign experts and coaches. The core force has the function of transmitting and connecting upper and lower limbs and forming a “movement chain ” in line with the laws of special mechanics. Strength training in unsteady state is the main way of core strength training. Its main purpose is to improve the ability of nerve to mobilize and control muscles so as to improve the exercise capacity and prevent sports injuries. There are many training methods for developing the core forces, such as Swiss balls, solid balls, balance boards, etc. that are now used by many trainers in training practice.
