目前在液压系统中大多使用节流阀和调速阀控制执行机构的速度。行程节流阀和行程调速阀虽能实现速度换接,但它需要设置适当的挡铁,安装调整较烦琐,并有撞击噪声,而且由于速度和惯性的变化引起定位精度的变化。加减速阀不但可用来调整稳定流量,并可对执行机构进行加减速控制,获得令人满意的速度换接。它特别适用于高速、大惯性场合。它可有效地抑制液压冲击,使运动部件的起动、制动效果良好,控制精度提高。
At present, most of the hydraulic systems use throttle and speed control valve to control the speed of the actuator. Stroke throttles and travel regulators can achieve speed changeover, but they need to be fitted with appropriate stop irons. Installation and adjustment are cumbersome and impinging noise, and the positioning accuracy changes due to changes in speed and inertia. Acceleration and deceleration valve not only can be used to adjust the steady flow, and the implementing agencies for acceleration and deceleration control, access to satisfactory speed changeover. It is especially suitable for high speed, high inertia occasions. It can effectively inhibit the hydraulic impact, so that the moving parts of the start, braking effect is good, control accuracy.
