江泽民同志“三个代表”的重要思想 ,是对马克思主义建党学说的新发展。“三个代表”是密切相关、辩证统一的整体 ,其中代表最广大人民的根本利益尤为重要 ,是我们一切工作的出发点和归宿。始终代表人民利益必须自觉接受人民的监督。要重视加强制度建设 ,建立健全监督机制 ,通过党内监督、法律监督、群团监督、党派监督和舆论监督等有效途径 ,把监督工作落到实处 ,并长期坚持下去。
The important thinking of Jiang Zemin’s “three represents” is a new development of the Marxist theory of party building. The “three represents” are a closely related and dialectically unified whole, in which the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people are particularly important. They are the starting point and destination of all our work. Always represent the interests of the people must consciously accept the people’s supervision. Emphasis should be placed on strengthening system construction, establishing and perfecting supervision mechanisms, and implementing supervision through effective ways such as inner-party supervision, legal supervision, mass supervision, part-party supervision and public opinion supervision, and long-term persistence.
