美国证券交易委员会(S EC)的储量新规则要求,5年内未动用的证实未开发储量(PUD),无合理保留理由,做降级处理,这加大了中石油各油田公司完成SEC储量指标的压力。本文在初步研究新疆油田PUD单元现状的基础上,研究探讨对新疆油田PUD单元进行分类评价的新思路和方法,提出了一个初步想法:以项目成熟度为分类基础,针对不同成熟度阶段的特点,动态选取评价指标和分类评价方法,对不同项目成熟度的PUD单元分别开展微观评价,最终得到PUD评价集合的合理排序结果。
The new reserve rules of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) require that unconfirmed reserves (PUDs) are not used within five years, and there is no reasonable reason to reserve them for downgrading. This increases the pressure for CNPC oil companies to complete the SEC reserves index. . Based on the preliminary study of the status quo of PUD units in Xinjiang Oilfield, this paper studies and explores new ideas and methods for the classification and evaluation of PUD units in Xinjiang Oilfield, and puts forward a preliminary idea: based on the maturity of the project, aiming at the characteristics of different stages of maturity. Dynamically select evaluation indicators and classification evaluation methods, and conduct micro-evaluation on PUD units of different project maturity levels, and finally obtain a reasonable ranking result of PUD evaluation sets.
