民族传统体育进入高校不仅可以使乡土体育科学化、规范化和普及化,而且有利于激发学生的民族自豪感、自尊和自信,丰富学生的文化生活,娱乐学生身心,提高学生的综合素质。本文探讨了民族传统体育在高校传承的困境以及民族传统体育的传承和发展对高校人才培养的重要价值。
National traditional sports entering colleges and universities can not only make the local sports scientific, standardized and popularized, but also help to inspire the students’ national pride, self-esteem and self-confidence, enrich students’ cultural life, entertain the students’ body and mind and improve their overall qualities. This article explores the predicament of national traditional sports heritage in colleges and universities as well as the important value of inheritance and development of national traditional sports to personnel training in colleges and universities.
