HLA抗原系统是迄今发现最具有多肽性的抗原系统。位于人类第六条染色体短臂上的HLA基因及其功能是近十几年来遗传学和免疫学家们研究的热点，本文就HLA基因及其在免疫应答和免疫调节中的功能作一简要综述。
The HLA antigen system is the most antigenic system discovered so far. The HLA genes and their functions on the short arm of human chromosome 6 are the focus of genetics and immunology researchers’ research in the past decade. This article gives a brief review of HLA genes and their functions in immune response and immune regulation. .
