目的探讨HSF1在前列腺癌组织中的表达及与前列腺癌各项临床病理特征的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学法和图像分析系统研究82例前列腺癌标本中HSF1的表达情况。结果HSF1蛋白在前列腺癌癌细胞胞浆部位染色阳性,阳性表达率为89.2%。HSF1在前列腺癌组织中的表达与Gleason评分呈正相关(r=0.66,P<0.001)。HSF1表达与PSA水平随PSA升高而升高,呈正相关(r=0.76,P<0.001)。结论HSF1蛋白在前列腺癌中表达增加,可能与调控热休克蛋白家族成员作用机制有关。
Objective To investigate the expression of HSF1 in prostate cancer and its relationship with various clinicopathological features of prostate cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry and image analysis system were used to study the expression of HSF1 in 82 cases of prostate cancer. Results The positive staining rate of HSF1 protein in the cytoplasm of prostate cancer cells was 89.2%. The expression of HSF1 in prostate cancer tissues was positively correlated with Gleason score (r = 0.66, P <0.001). There was a positive correlation between the expression of HSF1 and the level of PSA with the increase of PSA (r = 0.76, P <0.001). Conclusion The increased expression of HSF1 protein in prostate cancer may be related to the mechanism of action of heat shock protein family members.
