既往多普勒超声心动图研究表明,冠脉球囊成形术或心房调搏所致心肌缺血引起流速曲线的E/A比值下降。本文研究运动所致心肌缺血对左室充盈流速曲线的影响。方法 40例受试者因胸痛而作运动平板试验,根据有无缺血性心电图改变或室壁节壁活动异常,分为二组。非缺血组20例:57±10岁;其中14例行冠脉造影,结果均正常。缺血组20例:59±9岁;均做冠脉造影,至少一支心外膜冠脉腔径狭窄≥50%,运动前和运动后即刻(120~180秒内)做超声心动图检查。
Previous studies using Doppler echocardiography have shown that the E / A ratio of the flow rate curve caused by coronary artery aplasty or atrial pacing decreases. This article studies the effect of exercise-induced myocardial ischemia on left ventricular filling velocity curve. Methods Forty subjects underwent exercise treadmill test due to chest pain. The patients were divided into two groups according to the presence or absence of ischemic electrocardiographic changes or abnormal wall activity. Non-ischemic group of 20 patients: 57 ± 10 years of age; 14 cases of coronary angiography, the results were normal. Twenty patients in the ischemic group were 59 ± 9 years old. All patients underwent coronary angiography. At least one epicardial coronary artery stenosis was ≥50%. Echocardiography was performed before exercise and immediately after exercise (within 120-180 seconds) .
