随着近年来教学改革的逐渐深化,学生与班主任的关系也越来越受到关注。小学阶段班主任的工作目标主要是确保其他教育教学活动能够顺利的开展,同时根据不同学生的习惯、性格等情况因材施教,帮助其形成正确的世界观、价值观和人生观,从而为学生日后的全面发展奠定坚实的基础。本文笔者首先分析了小学班主任与课堂教学中学生关系的现状,基于此,提出了建立小学班主任与学生和谐关系的有效策略,希望能够为小学班主任的工作提供一些值得借鉴的思路。
With the gradual deepening of the teaching reform in recent years, the relationship between students and the class teacher has drawn more and more attention. The primary goal of the class teacher in primary school is to ensure that other education and teaching activities can be carried out smoothly and to help them form a correct outlook on the world, values and outlook on life according to their habits and personalities so as to lay a solid foundation for the future development of students solid foundation. In this paper, the author first analyzes the status quo of the relationship between primary school teacher and students in classroom teaching. Based on this, it puts forward an effective strategy to establish the harmonious relationship between primary school teacher and student, hoping to provide some lessons worthy of reference for the primary school teacher.
