产品质量信息的全面数字化为产品生产过程的质量控制提供了有效的技术保障,产品质量问题涉及到设计、制造、检测、分析与反馈控制等多个环节。针对这一问题,提出建立一个基于坐标测量机的产品几何量质量保障系统,运用并行工程原理,通过相应的规范与工作流程管理,一体化实施对设计、制造与检测中质量保障方法的设计,其核心是质保工作重心的前移与全过程控制。同时,还对系统实施过程中所应用的多项关键技术做了探讨。
The comprehensive digitalization of product quality information provides an effective technical guarantee for the quality control of product manufacturing process. Product quality issues involve many aspects such as design, manufacture, testing, analysis and feedback control. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes to establish a product quality assurance system based on CMM. By using the principle of parallel engineering, the design, manufacturing and testing methods of quality assurance are integratedly implemented through the corresponding specifications and workflow management. Its core is the focus of quality assurance work forward and the whole process of control. At the same time, a number of key technologies applied in the system implementation are also discussed.
