目的研发常熟市学校及托幼机构重点人群传染病监测预警系统,以早期发现该类人群传染病的流行轨迹,及时采取有效预防控制措施。方法对监测预警系统架构设计、模块功能等进行分析,系统采用MVC框架和B/S模式,模块主要包括学校及托幼机构重点人群数据库模块、自动预警模块、预警信息处理模块、系统管理模块等,系统按照模块对应的工作流程运行。结果该系统将实现学校及托幼机构食品从业人员、保育员及学生传染病早期监测预警,能及时发出预警信息,各医疗卫生机构和教育机构根据信息采取处置措施。结论该监测预警系统,能及时利用现有卫生信息数据库中的有效信息,自动比对重点人群就诊信息,发出疾病预警信息,具有有效性、及时性、智能性、科学性、便捷性等优点。 Objective To develop a monitoring and early warning system for infectious diseases in key population of schools and nurseries in Changshu City.
