本文提出用动态莫尔轮廓法来测量旋转物体的变形。 文章首先用强度原理及光栅的付氏级数展开的方法对任意配置情况下的照射型莫尔轮廓法的光扬分布函数及轮廓线深度计算公式作了推导。并由一般推广到特殊,例举了几种特殊配置情况时的轮廓线深度计算公式及其性质。 文章中介绍了适用于旋转体动态测量的“全景莫尔轮廓法”,简述了此方法的原理,计算及其误差分析。 最后,文章对开槽锥体在旋转时动态变形测量实验的原理,装置及数据处理作了详细的叙述。为得到莫尔轮廓法的测量精度,还将结果和电涡流测振法所得的结果进行比较,两者很为接近,偏差小于±0.065毫米。
In this paper, the dynamic Moiré contour method is proposed to measure the deformation of rotating objects. In this paper, the method of intensity principle and Fourier Fuchian progression of grating are first used to deduce the formula of light-Yang distribution function and the depth of profile of irradiation-type Moiré contour method under arbitrary configuration. And general promotion to special, an example of several special configuration situation outline depth calculation formula and its nature. In this paper, the “Panorama Moiré Contour Method” which is suitable for dynamic measurement of rotating body is introduced. The principle, calculation and error analysis of this method are briefly described. Finally, the article describes in detail the principle, device and data processing of measuring experiments of dynamic deformation of slotted cone during rotation. In order to obtain the measurement accuracy of the Moiré profile method, the result is also compared with that obtained by the eddy current method. The two are close and the deviation is less than ± 0.065 mm.
