文中指出原感应加热炉炉衬采用高铝陶瓷管或石英玻璃管有脆性大,易龟裂,成本高,使用寿命低,感应器绝缘层工艺复杂等缺点,影响了感应加热炉的使用与发展。因而研究试验了新的炉衬材料配方和成型工艺,同时对感应加热炉炉衬结构作了改进,并对感应器的绝缘层材料与工艺亦作了相应的改进。经生产使用结果表明,新炉衬结构具有使用寿命长,成本低,成型工艺简单,使用维修方便等优点。
The article pointed out that the original induction furnace lining with high alumina ceramic tube or quartz glass tube brittle, easy to crack, high cost, low life, the inductor insulation layer process and other shortcomings affect the use of induction heating furnace and development. Therefore, the research and experiment of the new lining material formulation and molding process, at the same time, the induction furnace lining structure has been improved, and the inductor insulation material and process are also made corresponding improvements. The production and use results show that the new lining structure has the advantages of long service life, low cost, simple molding process, easy use and maintenance.
